Apple has truely turned a global company with Iphone and Ipod. Up untill the era of Apple Mac, you could be pardoned for believing that nobody used an Apple outside America. Not anymore.

Iphone has posted some hugely positive growth throughout its world market with special improvements in Japan. data released by Apples marketing partner Admob reveals that US is still a primary market for Iphone with more than 50 percent of global user base. Japan comes in second place with 17 percent share toppling France where the number of users tripled in 2009. But Japan’s 350% growth is mind-blowing a great news for the company.

The survey took into account more than 18 million iPhone and 7.3 million iPod Touch devices, which is roughly about a third of the number of iPhones and iPod Touch currently on the market. In addition the number of countries that have at least 100,000 iPhone & iPod touch users has reached 23.
