If you have been reading the news for last few weeks you would be keyed in to know what’s happening with Apple Imacs. The newly launched 27 incher sexiest Apple machine has been running through a lot of muddy waters. FIrsty Apple delayed the shipments after release dates and then when the machines did arrive they arrived with a host of issues that were never expected. Some of the widely reported issues were- cracked screens, flickering displays,  and a yellow nicotine-like graphical patina.

Now, we all knew that Apple will be at it to resolve these niggling issues at the earliest. They have come up with a software update to what seemed like a hardware issues to most users. News has been circulated that Apple has replaced faulty ATI Radeon HD 4670 and 4850 GPUs on their iMacs. Nevertheless, Software Update has just pumped out a Graphics Firmware Update for the 27-inch iMac that “address[es] issues that may cause image corruption or display flickering.”
