The Nexus-One teething issues have troubled the internet giant so much si that they have recently released a statement assuring customers of a quick solution to all the kown issues so far.

The support forum is filled with complaints about sketchy 3G coverage by T-Mobile, lack of deliver info, and a lack of customer support from T-Mobile and HTC.

The major issue seems to be the lack of phone or physical support for Nexus-One issues. Google has not put in place any customer services help desks or high-street stress. The only way of seeking help is via Google’s online forums and limited email support.

“The online model is not a good one,” Ken Dulaney, analyst for Gartner, told InformationWeek on Monday.

Analysts like Gartner reckons that Google will eventually have to provide support through a retail store, probably through a partnership with carriers. “Sometimes you have to go to the store and have someone look at the phone,” Dulaney said.

Google has assured customers that they are running through the complaints as fast as they can  “We work quickly to solve any customer support issues as they come up, and we are trying to be as open and transparent as possible through our online customer help forums,” the company said in a statement e-mailed to InformationWeek. “We’ll continue to address all issues in as timely of a manner as possible.”
